Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau are reportedly getting closer!
On Tuesday, an insider spilled to People magazine that the songstress and former Canadian prime minister are “both smart and love to talk about serious issues.”
The source further told the outlet that the two are “quite taken with each other” for now.
For those unversed, Katy is out on her Lifetime World Tour through December, while Justin is currently in Canada.
“They have stayed in touch since the middle of summer but haven’t been able to spend that much time together, due mainly to her schedule,” explained the confidant.
“Justin is also busy and both have family obligations,” added the source. “They have interests in common. Both are taking dating as it comes. But they are definitely into each other — and have been.”
As per a tipster, the Dark Horse hitmaker and the politician “like and respect each other” as well as having a romantic relationship.
“Justin thinks she is terrific,” said the insider. “It has had time to develop on a friend and intellectual level as well as supersized attraction. The romance has merit.”
It is pertinent to mention that neither Justin nor Katy has commented on their relationship yet.
T.J. Holmes and Amy Robach are taking their love story to the next level.
According to Us Weekly, the newly engaged couple have officially started planning their wedding.
“They threw a small private party with their closest friends and family, and they told people they are engaged and going to get married,” an insider told the outlet, teasing that “there will be a wedding.”
“They have wanted to be very private about it,” the source added, noting that the pair’s big day will be a “small and intimate” affair with no more than 100 guests.
For those unversed, the GMA3: What You Need to Know alums, Holmes, 52, and Robach, 48, announced their engagement during the October 14 episode of their Amy & T.J. podcast.
“We are sharing with all of you that we are engaged and we’ve been engaged for just about a month now,” Robach told listeners.
Holmes chimed in, “We wanted to let you all know before anybody else was able to. We’ve learned that lesson, I guess, in the past about our relationship.”
The former anchor then playfully teased his fiancée, saying she’d been “dangling a ring in everybody’s face every chance you could, and nobody said a word.”
Laughing, Robach recalled, “I was in three massive football stadiums three weekends in a row, wearing my engagement ring very proudly, very excitedly, and kept waiting for somebody to point it out or ask me, ‘Hey, what’s that?’ And it never happened.”
She added with a smile, “And if people saw it, maybe they were just being polite.”

Prince Harry has reportedly left his father King Charles ‘furious’ yet again with his latest move.
Prince Harry has reportedly taken another major step for security in Britain nearly five months after he lost a legal challenge over the levels of security he and his family are entitled to while in the UK.
The Times, citing the royal sources, reported Archie and Lilibet doting father has revived his security battle with the Home Office by writing to the home secretary, Shabana Mahmood, about his case.
The insider claims a formal request has been lodged by Harry with the Royal and VIP Executive Committee (Ravec) which is overseen by the Home Office, asking for a risk-assessment process to be conducted.
The insider claims, “I can confirm that the duke has written to the new Home Secretary asking for a risk management board to be conducted.
Following these reports, the insider tells Rob Shuter for substack ShuterScoop that the ‘fragile’ peace between Prince Harry and King Charles has collapsed — and insiders say Harry’s to blame.
He also reveals that Harry reignited their feud by demanding a new government review of his royal security, blindsiding palace aides.
The fallout has been swift, the expert said and added ‘Charles is furious.’
“He can’t change the rules, and Harry won’t stop pushing”, the insider tells the royal expert.
