Machine Gun Kelly reveals real truth behind huge blackout tattoo

Machine Gun Kelly gets honest about his huge blackout tattoo

Machine Gun Kelly wanted to “redesign” his skin, the “largest organ of body.”

During a recent chat on The Jennifer Hudson Show on Thursday, September 18, the 35-year-old rapper recounted his liking for inks since he was a teenager, when show host Jennifer Hudson asked about his unique tattoo covering his thorax and arms.

Noting the reason behind getting tattoos as per reasearch, MGK suggested it might be due to his “extremely high anxiety” but he specifically wanted to “redesign” his “anatomy”.

Kelly, whose real name is Colson Baker, revealed that he has been experimenting with different inks on his body since he was 13-year-old.

He shared his huge blackout tattoo was recommended by one of his pals.

“Let’s talk about your amazing tattoo, that’s like half of your body. What inspired that?” Hudson inquired.

“I’ve realized through research that this is from someone who has extremely high anxiety,” the Lost Americana artist explained, noting, “But in my head, it really interested me in redesigning the anatomy.”

He went on to recall, “You know the skin is the largest organ that we have. I’ve already had all tattoos since I was 13, my whole body has been covered for a long time, and I just wanted to redesign what the human skin could look like.”

“So I came up with, well I didn’t, but a friend of mine named Roxx came up with this,” the musician added.

Lauren Silverman celebrates love and sobriety in New Year post

Lauren Silverman and Simon Cowell spent the holiday at their home in Barbados

Lauren Silverman expressed nothing but gratitude as the year came to an end, revealing that she is ‘grateful’ for her relationship with the music mogul as they head into 2026.

Despite the happy snap, the American socialite and entrepreneur, 48, admitted she finds New Year ‘isolating and difficult,’ as she has chosen to go sober.

For unversed, the couple are gearing up to tie the knot this year. However, they spent the holiday at their home in Barbados and shared a poolside snap to honour the occasion.

Lauren, who has recently joined Instagram, shared the snap of Simon, 66, who was shirtless and wearing a pair of pale blue board shorts.

The couple looked loved-up as Lauren posed with her arms around the former X Factor boss.

Lauren – who has already legally changed her surname to Cowell cut a stylish figure in a plunging black swimsuit, and matching sarong, and a pair of stylish sunglasses.

Sharing a gushing post about Simon, Lauren said: ‘Grateful for who I get to stand next to as one year ends and another begins. Happy New Year everyone. May this be an ending that leads to something beautiful.’

However, she did also highlight her struggles at this time of year, as she discussed how hard it can be to be the only person not drinking at celebrations.

Lauren explained: ‘This is my second New Year’s Eve without alcohol. Sometimes nights like this can feel difficult and isolating.

Especially when you’re the only one not drinking on a celebratory night. But it’s so worth it. If you’re trying, struggling or just thinking about it – I see you. I know how it feels and you’ve got this.

‘Here’s to a new year of clarity, presence, strength and feeling good in your own skin. One day at a time.’

Lauren celebrated the first anniversary of her sobriety journey last month, as she reflected on how much her relationships and mental health have improved since quitting booze.

‘Stranger Things’ cast finally bids tearful farewell after a decade

Stranger Things finally ended its ten-year run on Netflix with an emotional farewell for its cast and creators.

The horror thriller, which began in 2016, made its young actors international stars and the series became a global sensation.

On December 19, 2025, series creators Matt and Ross Duffer joined core cast members Millie Bobby Brown, Finn Wolfhard, Sadie Sink, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin and Noah Schnapp at Netflix’s Paris Theatre in New York City.

The group watched the most-awaited finale, The Rightside Up, together for the first time.

The exciting event was filled with intense emotion as the actors talked about their journey, where Millie Bobby Brown, who played the main role Eleven, shared: “I started this show when I was just 12.

It’s hard to imagine my life without these people. They’ve been my family for ten years, and this goodbye is one of the hardest things I’ve ever done.”

The 21-year-old actress added, “Noah is still the godfather of my child, so I guess some parts of this family stay forever.”

However, other cast members shared similar feelings about growing up on the show and the close bonds they made over the years.

The Duffer brothers also praised all the actors for their hard-work and to bring the story to life over a decade.

Stranger Things finale premiered on New Year’s Eve 2025, closing the chapter on Hawkins’ adventures while leaving behind a lasting legacy.
