Beyonce, Jay-Z look for dream home post ‘Cowboy Carter Tour’

Beyonce and her rap star husband, Jay-Z are set to buy a new home.
The couple sparked rumors that they were buying a plot after they were seen visiting Oxfordshire in June and now, as per The Mirror, the iconic couple is in the middle of sealing the deal for a 58 acres farmland in Cotswolds.
A source close to the sale said: “They were in negotiation on the price, and it isn’t on the market any more, which would suggest it’s a done deal.”
The Mirror also acquired architectural drawings and described it as a “spectacular rural estate” offering “seamless indoor-outdoor living, combining timeless materials with contemporary architecture.”
The document continues: “Meticulously designed to integrate with the natural landscape, the property offers a striking architectural statement, blending contemporary style with sustainable building practices.”
With permission for a lake and woodland, the land was sold off-market with a guide price of £8.5 million, but it is not sure how much the A-list couple exactly paid.
The land is five minutes away from the village of Great Tew, close to where a host of celebrities, including David, Victoria Beckham, Simon Cowell and former US talk show host Ellen DeGeneres, call home.
Beyoncé and Jay-Z last visited the land by helicopter, earlier this summer, while she was on the road for her Cowboy Carter Tour.
An insider said at the time: “In the past week, [the couple] flew between her London gigs to view a 58-acre plot of land.”
“Located close to friends Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi, and with Simon Cowell and the Beckhams as neighbours, she felt it would be an ideal UK home for her family, away from the city when they’re in the country,” they concluded at that time.

Timothee Chalamet parties away on ‘Dune 3’ set miles away from Kylie Jenner

Timothee Chalamet is THE star on the set of Dune 3 in Hungary and takes full advantage of his power, per an insider.
Being the lead star of the Dune franchise, the hunk works hard, but he also parties hard during his downtime. However, his girlfriend, Kylie Jenner, is thousands of miles away in the U.S.
An insider told Radar Online that the actor is the King on set, adding, “But he’s trying to be a benevolent one and has no problem charming and joking with every woman on the set because that just comes naturally to him.”
His on-set banter serves to “lighten the mood around the scenes he’s shooting, where his character Paul has taken an extremely dark and menacing turn.”
And yet, the Wonka star’s partying is without the watchful eye of Khy founder Kylie.
“Timmy is working 18-hour days to get this thing in the can, but he’s also partying hard with his fellow young cast and crew members whenever they have a stretch of free time,” revealed the mole.
“He’s a ‘work hard, play hard’ guy through and through, and that goes double when he’s on the other side of the world from Kylie,” they added.
The insider also claimed that since the 29-year-old is the lead in the film, he’s “as important on set as a Tom Cruise or Brad Pitt.”
“As likable as Timmy is, it’s a little weird for an actor that young to have so much power,” the source remarked.
Timothee Chalamet and Kylie Jenner have been linked since April 2023 and have flaunted their relationship at the Golden Globes and more awards.

George Clooney shares significant take on luck, opportunities

Hollywood icon George Clooney is reportedly taking stock of his own life and career.
Speaking to AARP, Clooney, 64, revealed, “I think the only life lesson is to bet on yourself. And when there’s opportunities, you gotta go. In my life, I have been the recipient of a lot of luck.”
“But I also believe you create opportunity for luck. You create enough opportunity and, every once in a while, you’ll hit one,” he added.
The Ocean’s Eleven star stressed the importance of living fully instead of worrying about the future.
“There’s no rhyme or reason for who gets to age and who doesn’t. So you should live as if you’re not going to get to. And then, if you wake up one day and you’re old, you’ve lived a really full life.”
Clooney, who admitted he “failed a lot” before finding fame in his 30s, reflected on how fortune played a big role in his career. “It’s not just about your brilliance. Luck has a huge hand in it.”
Previously, George has shared that fame itself isn’t something he enjoys.
“Fame can be very dangerous, because you can start to enjoy that part of it. And that’s not the good part of what I do for a living. The good part is the making of films. The unpleasant part is the fame part, if you’re not careful.”
In conclusion, he established, “I do happen to have a good life … but I also like to work.”

India’s powerful Hindu group chief urges three-child families as fertility rates fall

- Declining fertility rates pose demographic risks.
- Bhagwat calls for population ‘controlled, yet sufficient’ balance.
- RSS leader calls on Muslims to overcome fear, build mutual trust.
NEW DELHI: The head of India’s powerful Hindu nationalist Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) said that Indian families must have three children each, warning about the long-term risks from the current trend of declining birth rates.
At 1.46 billion, India is the world’s most populous nation but the total fertility rate has dropped to less than two children per woman, according to the UN Population Fund’s 2025 report, as economic growth gathers momentum.
Mohan Bhagwat, chief of the RSS that is the ideological parent of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Bharatiya Janata Party, said the population must remain “controlled, yet sufficient”.
Speaking at a lecture to mark the 100 years of the founding of the RSS on Thursday, Bhagwat suggested that “in the national interest, every family should have three children and limit themselves to that”.
His call for larger families reflects anxiety among nationalist leaders and some regional politicians about long-term demographic stability, national capacity, and cultural identity.
For years hardline Hindu groups have pointed to higher birth rates among minority groups such as Muslims as a cause of concern although data shows Indian Muslims are also having fewer children than in the past.
Bhagwat too said birth rates were declining across religious groups.
While the RSS officially describes itself as a cultural organisation promoting Hindu values, it wields enormous influence through its vast network of affiliates and millions of grassroots volunteers.
Many of Modi’s senior ministers, including the prime minister himself, are long-time members of the RSS.
Analysts say BJP’s policy priorities — from cultural and education reform to citizenship laws — frequently echo positions championed by the RSS, making the organisation one of the most powerful civil society groups in the world.
Bhagwat rejected criticism that the RSS was opposed to Muslims — who make up about 14% of India’s population — and other minorities saying the organisation viewed all of them as Indians.
“Our ancestors and culture are the same. Worship practices may differ, but our identity is one. Changing religion does not change one’s community,” he said.
“Mutual trust must be built on all sides. Muslims must overcome the fear that joining hands with others will erase their religion.”
