Morgan Wallen snubs 2026 Grammy Awards entirely

Morgan Wallen just revealed he does not plan on submitting his hit album, I’m The Problem, for the 2026 Grammy consideration.
Despite its release in May, the album is still number one on the Billboard 200 in the US and made a progress of almost 500,000-equivalent units in its first week of sales alone.
It was first reported by Hits Daily Double that the country music icon has no plans on submitting the best-selling album of 2025 in the US to music’s biggest award night.
Then, Billboard revealed that Wallen had taken himself out of the picture this year completely, as he will not be putting himself forward in any category of the Grammys.
However, the Cowgirls hitmaker’s team, will not stop any songwriters who contributed to I’m The Problem from submitting their work for an award consideration.
At the 2025 ceremony, Wallen received a nod in the category of Best Country Song and Best Country Duo/Group Performance for his Post Malone collaboration, I Had Some Help.
It is also pertinent to mention that the musician has joined a list of celebrities that have snubbed the Grammys in recent years.
Zach Bryan, in 2024, chose not to submit his album, The Great American Bar Scene, “based on feeling that he does not feel comfortable with awards shows making music competitive,” as per Variety.
The Weeknd boycotted the ceremony in 2021, claiming the platform was “corrupt” after not receiving a single nod for his hit album, After Hours.
However, the Blinding Lights singer delivered a surprise performance at the 2025 Grammy Awards, seemingly putting aside his beef.

Duchess of Edinburgh plays the hero amid family ‘soap opera’ involving senior royals, Harry, Meghan

Sophie has risen to the occasion amid Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s the ongoing conflict with senior royal members.
Sean Smith, who is an author of Sophie: Saving the Royal Family, which came out in July of this year, opened up about the Duchess of Edinburgh’s professional integrity and work commitment in a talk with GB News.
Mr Smith said that most of the prominent members of the monarchy are embroiled in a feud with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex that has undermined the focus on meaningful work but a strong sense of responsibility in Sophie is not letting her deviate from what truly matters amid serious tensions in the Royal Family.
The author of Meghan Misunderstood said, “The media has been and continues to be obsessed with the family drama involving Harry, Meghan, William, Kate and Charles. It’s a soap opera.”
“(Meanwhile) Sophie (has been) comforting women and children refugees,” he noted.
For those unaware, the Duchess of Edinburgh has been putting in efforts to eradicate se*ual abuse against women in war zones for over ten years.
In 2019, she visited Kosovo and South Sudan to promote justice for victims as the Countess of Wessex before becoming the Duchess of Edinburgh in 2023 to promote justice for victims.
In April 2024, Sophie became the first member of the Royal Family who travelled to Ukraine, where she met President Volodymyr Zelensky and First Lady Olena Zelenska and made efforts to end wartime se*xual violence.

New Meghan Markle show falls flat as expert says royal drama can’t be repeated

A PR expert said that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s hit Netflix documentary was successful because it gave people an inside look at why they left the Royal family.
Speaking with The Express, PR expert Edward Coram-James said he believes the public’s interest was mainly about the drama surrounding the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s royal exit.
And that kind of story can only be told once, he noted, hinting at the reason why Meghan’s series With Love, Meghan, failed to grab similar views.
According to Coram-James, once the story about leaving the monarchy has been told, it is hard to keep the same level of public interest.
He said, “The success of the Harry & Meghan doc was built on a finite resource: the public’s insatiable curiosity about their decision to leave the royal family and the drama surrounding it.
“It was a one-time, explosive event,” the expert added.
“They pulled back the curtain on the monarchy, and that is a story you can only tell once.”
