Patricia Arquette opens up about prioritizing herself for the first time
Patricia Arquette is giving herself a priority for the first time in her life.
While conversing with PEOPLE magazine, the 57-year-old American actress, who is famous for the roles she played in movies and television, revealed that she has entered a new chapter of her life, and it is something she is experiencing for the first time.
Arquette, who plays the role of Maggie Murdaugh, murdered South Caroline matriarch, in Murdaugh: Death in the Family, said, “I’m at a really exciting moment in my life.”
She quipped, “My kids are grown up, I’m single, I don’t have to take anybody else’s dreams into account as far as: where do I want to live? What do I want my house to look like? Can I go on this vacation with my girlfriend or not?”
The Severance star went on to note that “I get to ask myself for the first time in my life — because I was a mom at 20 — what do I want to do?”
For those unaware, Arquette is the mother of two: a 36-year-old son, Enzo, whom she welcomed with her ex, Paul Rossi, and a 22-year-old daughter, whom she shares with her ex-husband, Thomas Jane.
It is pertinent to mention that the Escape at Dannemora actress was married to Jane from 2006 to 2011. She also tied the knot with Nicolas Cage in 1995 but annulled the marriage in 2001.

Dua Lipa hits major career high ahead of wedding with Callum Turner
Dua Lipa breaks new ground with record-smashing Spotify milestone.
The Levitating hitmaker becomes the first female artist in the streaming platform history to have two albums surpass 15 billion streams.
Taking to her Instagram Stories on Friday, April 10, the Radical Optimism Tour superstar celebrated her latest career high.
She reshared a celebratory post from one of her fan pages, Dua Lipa Central, which featured a promotional photo of the Grammy winner from her 2017 debut self-titled album era.
In the image, she was sporting wet-look hair, wearing a dark, textured metallic jacket against a soft purple and blue gradient background.
The top of the image features her name, “DUA LIPA,” in a large font. Meanwhile large, purple text in the center reads “15 BILLION streams on spotify.”
A caption at the bottom details, “Dua Lipa becomes the first female artist in Spotify history to have two albums surpass 15 BILLION streams.”
For the unversed, Future Nostalgia (The Moonlight Edition), her 2020 sophomore album, was the first to hit this milestone, currently sitting at approximately 15.08 billion streams.
Secondly, Dua Lipa (Complete Edition), which was released in 2017, crossed the 15 billion mark in early April, driven by global hits like New Rules and IDGAF.
Since wrapping up her Radical Optimism Tour on October 16, 2025, Lipa is currently on a break from making new music (except she collaborated with one of her friends on Two Hearts).
She is busy with her newly launched beauty brand and The Service95 Book Club.
However, speculations and some reports suggest that Lipa and her fiance Masters of the Air star Callum Turner are planning an intimate summer wedding later this years.
Reportedly, they want a low-key, private ceremony rather than a large celebrity affair.
The couple, who have been linked since early 2024, are looking at venues in Italy and the UK, with plans to finalise nuptials before Lipa turns 31 in August.

Zayn Malik to drop new song ‘Side Effects’ from ‘Konnakol’ soon?
Zayn Malik has made his new single Instagram official.
Two days after first teasing a fresh single, titled Side Effects, on his TikTok account, the former One Direction star dropped a 20-second black and white reel on Instagram.
With a new track from his soon to be released album, Konnakol, playing in the background, the clip features some flash shots from behind the scenes of the Dusk Till Dawn hitmaker’s photoshoot for the fifth solo studio.
“1 more week until KONNAKOL is out!” he captioned the video. The 33-year-old English singer wrote the same text for his latest TikTok video.
Although the caption is the same, the visuals are opposite as he shared a colourful video on the other platform with different snapshots and clips from the same photoshoots.
His admirers flooded the comments section with one gushing, “I’m obsessed! [heart eyes, music notes and red heart emoji].”
“release date when??” another excited fan asked.
“Another masterpiece,” a third raved over the snippet of a new song following the release of Die For Me and Sideways from the same album.
Meanwhile, a fourth fan chimed in saying, “Ughhh I can’t wait to hear this live in November,” referring to the Pillowtalk chart-topper’s 31-date The Konnakol Tour, his largest solo tour starting on May 12 in Manchester, UK.
Additionally, while fans can’t wait to hear the full version of the newly teased song, it is not known if Zayn will release Side Effects prior to the release of Konnakol, which is set to make its debut on April 17.

Prince Harry hits back at Sentebale defamation claims in new statement
Prince Harry, who founded Sentebale alongside Prince Seeiso in 2006 to help people affected by HIV/AIDS in Lesotho and Bostwana, is now facing another setback after making the “devastating” decision to leave in March 2005.
The charity is now suing the Duke of Sussex and Mark Dyer, former trustee of Sentebale, for “triggering an onslaught of cyber-bullying” following his exit.
In response to the legal action, Prince Harry’s spokesman issued a scathing statement to the libel claims by his former beloved charity.
“As Sentebale’s co-founder and a founding trustee, they categorically reject these offensive and damaging claims,” the statement read.
“It is extraordinary that charitable funds are now being used to pursue legal action against the very people who built and supported the organisation for nearly two decades, rather than being directed to the communities the charity was created to serve.”
However, the Board of Trustees later released another statement stressing that “no charitable funds have been used” for its lawsuit, which is being pursued in the Court of England and Wales.
The charity is seeking the court’s “intervention, protection, and restitution following a coordinated adverse media campaign conducted since 25 March 2025 that has caused operational disruption and reputational harm to the charity, its leadership, and its strategic partners”.
