In today’s session, shares of Dr Reddy’s, GAIL, HUDCO, HUL, Acme Solar, and others will be in focus due to key developments.

Bharat Electronics

Navratna defence PSU Bharat Electronics and France’s Safran Electronics and Defence (SED) have signed a Joint Venture Cooperation Agreement to manufacture the HAMMER smart precision air-to-ground weapon in India.

Dr Reddy’s Laboratories

The pharma major has received European Commission approval for AVT03 (denosumab), a proposed biosimilar to Prolia and Xgeva. Prolia is prescribed for osteoporosis treatment.

Paras Defence

The company has signed an MoU with the Inter-University Accelerator Centre (IUAC), New Delhi, to collaborate on the development of commercial-grade MRI magnet systems in India.

GAIL India

GAIL has floated a swap tender, offering two US-loaded LNG cargoes in exchange for two cargoes to be delivered in India, Reuters reported.

Ceigall India has received a letter of intent from REC Power Development and Consultancy Ltd to set up the 400/220 kV Velgaon GIS substation under the tariff-based competitive bidding mechanism.

Hindustan Unilever

Kwality Wall’s has expanded its board of directors ahead of its upcoming demerger from HUL. Seven members have been appointed, including one non-executive director, two executive directors and four independent directors.

ACME Solar

ACME Solar Holdings has won a bid for a 130 MW round-the-clock renewable energy project in a Railways (REMCL) tender. The company secured the project with a tariff of Rs 4.35 per unit, according to its statement.

Sunteck Realty

The London Court of International Arbitration has confirmed that all claims have been withdrawn and proceedings terminated between Sunteck Lifestyles, its Dubai subsidiary, and joint venture partner Grand Valley General Trading LLC.

Pavna Industries

Pavna Industries has signed an MoU with the Uttar Pradesh government, outlining plans to invest Rs 250 crore over the next three to five years in a proposed project.
