Vuori makes big push into tennis, links up with British star Jack Draper

Tennis has been having an ongoing big fashion moment in recent years and it’s increasingly a sport with which labels want to be connected. The latest news is that Vuori, the Californian performance and lifestyle brand, has announced a “pivotal” multi-year partnership with “global tennis sensation Jack Draper”. 

Professional tennis player Draper conveniently combines his sporting prowess with being a model and will serve as a global brand ambassador for the label.

The partnership officially debuts with Draper wearing Vuori at this year’s US Open Tennis Championships. He’ll also develop a signature line with the brand to be launched at a later date.

“Jack represents the next generation of tennis—bold, driven, and authentic,” said Joe Kudla, founder and CEO of Vuori.

The top-ranked British tennis player turned pro in 2018 and won multiple ATP Challenger titles. By 2023, he was in the top 50 players globally and in June, he achieved a career-high ATP singles ranking of world No. 4”. That said, as of last week he was ranked fifth.

But his undeniable good looks, as well as his “sportsmanship, relentless work ethic, and dedication to philanthropy” have raised his profile far beyond his tennis ranking at any given time so the appeal to Vuori is understandable.

Meanwhile Vuirori added that the partnership with Draper “marks a bold move in the tennis world and underscores the brand’s expanding global reach and influence across sport, style, and wellness”.
