Euphoria season 3 trailer

Fans of Euphoria finally got their first look at what’s coming in Season 3 with the release of the official trailer, and it’s clear the Emmy-winning HBO drama is shifting into a bold new chapter.

The teaser offers a glimpse of where familiar faces like Zendaya, Sydney Sweeney and Jacob Elordi find themselves years after the events of Season 2, promising plenty of intense drama and emotional complexity when the season premieres in April.

The trailer opens with Rue (Zendaya) more than five years beyond her high school struggles, now living in Mexico and still dealing with the fallout from her past.

She reflects on life’s challenges and hints at a newfound, tentative sense of faith even as she faces renewed threats from figures connected to her drug problems.

Sydney Sweeney’s Cassie and Jacob Elordi’s Nate are shown in a very different place than before, now engaged and navigating their adult lives together.

The teaser suggests their relationship has shifted into complex territory, with Cassie’s online content creation drawing a strong reaction from Nate.

Other returning characters also make appearances, showing how life has unfolded for friends from East Highland.

‘Euphoria’ season 3 release date

As the new trailer came out, HBO confirms that Euphoria Season 3 will premiere on April 12, 2026, with episodes released weekly on HBO and streaming on HBO Max.

A significant five-year time jump sets this season apart, bringing viewers into the characters’ post-high-school lives while still exploring the same raw themes of identity, relationships and consequence that defined earlier seasons.

‘Euphoria’ season 3 new cast

Season 3 also introduces notable new cast members alongside the main ensemble.

Stars such as Sharon Stone, Rosalía, Natasha Lyonne, Trisha Paytas and Marshawn Lynch are among the fresh faces joining the series, adding new layers to the narrative.

Acclaimed composer Hans Zimmer is on board to score the season, contributing to what producers have described as a “more cinematic” tone.

The trailer’s release has reignited excitement among longtime viewers after a four-year wait since Season 2, affected by production delays and broader industry strikes.

With its blend of high-stakes personal drama and the evolution of beloved characters, Euphoria season 3 aims to deliver a deeply dramatic and visually striking continuation of the series when it arrives this spring.
