‘Kiss of the Spider Woman’ director says Jennifer Lopez has ‘wonderful eye for everything’
Jennifer Lopez has received immense praise from the director-writer of the Kiss of the Spider Woman.
In an interview with People Magazine, Bill Condon praised Lopez who is star and producer of the film.
Condon said, “The thing is, she knows so much about everything.”
Adding that Lopez had a lot of knowledge about “musical performance, choreographers, dance, so she always had a wonderful eye for everything that was going on and casting everything.”
He said that the Atlas star was a “great sounding board.”
Condon revealed that Diego Luna, who stars alongside Lopez, “came into this as a non-dancer, and he’s a great, great serious actor.”
“But, you know, he shared his insecurity with Jennifer and she gave him a wonderful note: ‘You’re a great actor, play the part of Gene Kelly,'” Condon added.
Moreover, Condon said that the cast and crew “saw her take him under her wing. And then slowly, as the movie progressed, they would just spend more time together talking about stuff and it was beautiful to watch.”
Kiss of the Spider Woman was premiered at the 2025 Sundance Film Festival and hit theaters on October 10, 2025.
As Jennifer Lopez stars and produces the film, her ex-husband Ben Affleck serves as executive producer alongside his best friend Matt Damon.
Demi Lovato’s ex Max Ehrich has decided to make amends following Florida arrest.
It is pertinent to mention here that Max was arrested Tuesday night and booked into jail early Wednesday morning in Port St. Lucie after he was accused of domestic violence.
The police report said Max got physical with his mother while abusing nitrous oxide.
Reportedly, Max was streaming live that night. The video portrayed him huffing nitrous while his mom breaks down in tears. He also appeared to be inhaling nitrous when talking to cops.
According to the latest findings of TMZ, “Max Ehrich says he’s going to rehab after his domestic violence arrest.”
“And it sounds like he needs help, based on what he’s telling us about the leadup to his arrest,” the findings reported.
Max also told the outlet, “He was high and in psychosis when he had an altercation with his mom that resulted in him being hauled off to a Florida jail on a battery charge. He says his mom was trying to get him to stop huffing nitrous oxide.”
In addition to this, Young and the Restless actor claimed that he went to Florida “to stay with his parents “after he was allegedly kidnapped in Los Angeles last week by three gang members.
He also stated that his alleged kidnappers “introduced him to nitrous, and he was high on nitrous for a week leading up to his arrest.”
Moreover, he shared that he has been under a 72-hour psychiatric hold in Florida under the Baker Act.
Following this, he has planned to spend at least 30 days in a rehab program.

A new photo shared by royal biographer Hugo Vickers offered a glimpse of a rare reunion between the Duke and his younger brother, Prince Michael of Kent.
Vickers shared the images on Instagram with the caption, “Brothers together for the 90th birthday,” showing the Duke seated at a table with a cake adorned with fruit and candles, while Prince Michael sat nearby at what appeared to be an intimate family celebration.
Though the photo was undated, it was shared a day after the Duke’s milestone birthday.

A first cousin of the late Queen Elizabeth II, the Duke of Kent is also King Charles’s first cousin once removed.
His younger brother, Prince Michael of Kent, shares the same close royal lineage.
The Duke of Kent has long represented the monarchy at official events and remains one of its most respected members.
