Jennifer Aniston brings beau Jim Curtis to ‘The Morning Show’ premiere

Jennifer Aniston turned heads at the premiere of The Morning Show season 4 in New York City.
On Tuesday, September 9, 2025, the Friends alum had a special guest by her side.
Aniston, who is reportedly dating hypnotist Jim Curtis, brought her new boyfriend to the red carpet.
While Aniston posed in a stunning black dress with her co-stars Reese Witherspoon, Billy Crudup and Mark Duplass.
Curtis was there to support her girlfriend on the big night. He was dressed in a casual all-black look, smiling from the sidelines of the red carpet.
Notably, this marks Aniston and Curtis’ first public appearance together since the rumours about them dating in July 2025.
At the time an insider confirmed to People Magazine that the two were dating. “They were introduced by a friend and started out as friends. Jen had read his book and was familiar with his work.”
“He’s very different from anyone she’s dated before,” the insider noted.
It is worth mentioning that Jennifer Aniston and Jim Curtis’ joint appearance at The Morning Show premiere appeared to soft-launch their romance.

No, Asad Qaiser did not say Justice Athar Minallah will join PTI or become a Senator

An online post claims that Asad Qaiser, a senior leader of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), said during a press talk that Supreme Court Justice Athar Minallah will be joining PTI and will be his party’s nominee for the Senate after the judge retires.
This claim is false. The politician did not make any such statement.
Claim
On September 5, a user on X (formerly Twitter) shared a 40-second video of PTI leader Qaiser speaking in Islamabad.
The user captioned the video: “Justice Athar Minallah is a senior leader of our party. What Athar Minallah said was all delivered to party founder Imran Khan by Aleema Khan. Athar Minallah will become our senator after retirement, reveals Asad Qaiser.”
The clip has been viewed more than 39,000 times and reposted nearly 500 times.
Fact
Geo Fact Check reviewed the entire press conference held by PTI on September 5 outside the main building of the National Assembly in Islamabad. No such statement was made by Qaiser about the Supreme Court judge.
The only time he mentioned Justice Minallah was when he said:
“Yesterday, Justice Athar Minallah delivered a speech at the Karachi Bar, where he took a courageous stance and specifically stated that this hybrid system is another name for dictatorship. We support his position and hope that the judges of the Supreme Court and all High Court judges will stand with Justice Athar Minallah on this occasion. We, through our parliamentary people’s assembly, demand that the people’s assembly stand with him and his position.”
Nowhere in his remarks did Qaiser say that Justice Minallah would become a senator after retirement or that he is part of PTI. Even the clip attached to the online post does not show Qaiser making the claim written in the caption.
Verdict: The claim that Qaiser said Supreme Court’s Justice Minallah would join PTI and be nominated for the Senate after retirement is false. A review of Qaiser’s complete press talk shows that he only referred to Justice Minallah’s speech at the Karachi Bar and expressed support for his stance.

Gwyneth Paltrow’s daughter Apple steps into modeling spotlight: ‘So excited’

Gwyneth Paltrow and ex Chris Martin’s daughter, Apple is making her way into the world of fashion as she fronts her first-ever campaign.
The 21-year-old, who kicked off her career in 2023 with Chanel’s haute couture show, has become the face of the latest campaign of a fashion house named self-portrait.
The London-based fashion house announced its collaboration with Apple Martin as “new Miss self-portrait” on September 9, on Instagram with a casual video of the budding model.
In the post uploaded to self-portrait’s social media account, Apple shared that she is excited for her gig.
“It is me, miss Apple Blythe Alison Martin, coming to you from the floor in a gorg self-portrait little baby tee and these cute ass earrings,” Apple said in the clip,
Expressing her excitement for the project, she gushed, “And I’m so excited to be the new Miss self-portrait and for the campaign to come out.”
In a separate post the fashion house warmly welcomed Apple for their collaboration. “Welcome to the family @applemartin.”
For the unversed, the fashion house, which was founded in 2013 in the U.K. by Malaysian founder and designer Han Chong, had collaborated with A list celebrities in the past including, Selena Gomez, Gigi Hadid, Naomi Campbell, Irina Shayk, Bella Hadid, Kate Moss, Paris Hilton, Beyoncé, Olivia Rodrigo, Michelle Obama, Cynthia Erivo and many more.
In an interview with Interview Magazine back in April, the young model opened up about the online backlash she faced after her Chanel gig in 2023.
“Then I quickly realized why everybody has always said, ‘Don’t do it,’ because even if you see a million positive things, there can be one thing that absolutely wrecks you,” she told the publisher at the time.
Apple went on to say, “So, I’ve stopped now and I avoid it like the plague, because I know myself and I know that if I see stuff that isn’t true and that’s really upsetting to me, I’m going to be like, ‘Oh my god, I should never go out in public again.'”
“All I can do is just be the best that I can be and be with the people I love and not read random, crazy conspiracies,” she added.

Nate Bargatze talks about his comedy style as he prepares to host Emmys: “Just do you”

Comedian Nate Bargatze sold more than 1.2 million tickets to his “The Be Funny Tour” last year, making him the highest-grossing comedian in the country. Now, he’s taking on a new challenge: Hosting the 77th Emmy Awards on CBS.
“This is the first I’m thinking about it, was this week,” the 46-year-old jokingly said about his preparation for Sunday’s show.
He described his comedy style, saying while there will be jokes about the shows, it will be done “in a way that is not mean.”
“I was like trying to think of like how, which way you want to go and it’s like … even we’ve had stuff written that I think was a little more roast stuff and then it’s like after you think about it a couple of days, I’m like ‘nah let’s go back another way.’ We have some fun stuff though that’s planned,” Bargatze told “CBS Mornings.”
The stand-up comedian has also previously hosted Saturday Night Live.
“I’m used to performing in front of live people, not an audience like this of all the people that you know. So, it will be fun to get in there, get on stage, get that first joke, hear that first laugh and then just get running and just really make your own of it.”
Bargatze said he’s honored and excited to host the awards show, saying, “you kind of dream of like hosting some kind of award show … it’s very flattering to even get asked to do it.”
As for who he’s relied on to help him prepare, Bargatze named several top comedians who gave him some tips.
“I talked to Conan about it. Everybody is just kind of like you just have to do you. It’s hard to take exact advice – but like Colbert, Fallon, I talked to Lorne Michaels a little bit about it. You just kind of take it all in … but it all comes back to like just do you. Do what you know to do,” he said.
The 77th Emmy Awards air Sunday Sept. 14 at 8 p.m. ET on CBS and streaming on Paramount+.
