Meghan Markle celebrates big ‘moment’ post Paris Fashion Week success

Meghan Markle has received a positive moment of her career in a long time, says an insider.
The Duchess of Sussex, who recently went to Paris Fashion Week to support Balenciaga for the show, is said to have her ‘moment’ in a long while.
An industry expert has said: “Paris was a ‘moment’ for her. It’s the first positive PR she’s had in years. Fashion is where she will aim her focus now.”
This comes days before Meghan attended Powerful Women Summit in Washington DC this week.
During the summit, Alyson Shontell, editor-in-chief of Fortune, said to the duchess: “You’ve been to Europe. You were just in New York, which, congratulations, you just won a humanitarian award for your work with online safety for parents and children, and you made it home for one day to see your kids.”
Meghan laughed and replied: “Because I had to. We were talking about that because everyone said ‘Oh you must have gone from Paris straight to New York’.
“I said ‘No, I need to see my babies’. So I went back to California for a day and then continued on,” she admitted.

Kevin Federline drops bombshell ‘knife’ accusation against Britney Spears

Kevin Federline made shocking claims against ex wife Britney Spears about her irresponsible behaviour towards their sons.
In his upcoming memoir You Thought You Knew, set to release on October 21, the 47-year-old former dancer accused Spears that she treated their sons, Sean Preston, 20, and Jayden James, 19, during their childhood, recklessly.
He claimed Spears once stood outside their sons’ room “with a knife in her hand” while watching them sleep and used cocaine during the time she was breastfeeding, as per an excerpt from the book published by Variety.
However, Spears denied both claims on X, and accused Ferderline of “gaslighting” her.
“I 100 percent beg to differ,” she wrote on social media.
Federline also alleged that Preston told him Spears “punched him in the face,” and that she bleached their sons’ hair, causing burns.
He further claimed she made Preston bath with her when he was 10 or 11, gave Jayden shellfish despite his allergy, and once wished both sons “dead.”
A spokesperson of Spears denied all allegations, “With news from Kevin’s book breaking, once again he and others are profiting off her… All she cares about are her kids, Sean Preston and Jayden James, and their well-being during this sensationalism,” via Daily Mail.
Spears fired back on X, writing, “Why is HE SO ANGRY… The boy hates me and it is deep anger to literally say the things he is saying.”
She added: “If you really love someone then you don’t help them by humiliating them.”

Sydney Sweeney, Scooter Braun completely ‘lovestruck’: Source

Sydney Sweeney and Scooter Braun have reportedly fallen for each other.
According to a new report by The National Enquirer, the pair’s relationship “started as a business connection” as the music mogul, 44, “made her a lot of promises about what he could help her achieve with her career.”
However, the insider revealed that their bond soon “morphed into something else entirely,” adding that the Euphoria actress is now “completely lovestruck.”
Meanwhile, a separate source previously told Us Weekly that Braun has been “really intentional” with Sweeney since the two first sparked romance speculation earlier this summer.
Rumors first swirled when Braun and the 27-year-old actress were spotted strolling through Italy in June, before both attended Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez’s star-studded wedding.
“They hung out that whole weekend and had a lot of fun,” the insider shared, noting that the pair have continued to stay in touch, texting and meeting up frequently since

Omaima optimistic for Pakistan’s semi-final qualification despite bottom ranking

Pakistan batter Omaima Sohail on Friday voiced optimism about the side’s chances of reaching the semi-finals of the ICC Women’s World Cup 2025.
The Green Shirts have played four matches during the ongoing tournament, losing three in a row and having their fourth game abandoned due to rain.
Pakistan began their Women’s World Cup campaign with a seven-wicket loss to Bangladesh.
The national side was beaten by arch-rivals India by 88 runs in the second game, while Australia triumphed over them by 107 runs in the third.
Pakistan’s game against England was abandoned, leaving them with a solitary point and placed at the bottom of the standings.
The Green Shirts will now have to win all three of their remaining matches against New Zealand, South Africa and Sri Lanka, respectively, besides hoping for certain results to go in their favour to earn a miraculous entry into the semi-finals.
Ahead of their must-win match against former champions New Zealand, Omaima said that they were chasing the chance to qualify for the semi-finals by winning their remaining matches.
Speaking at the pre-match press conference at the R Premadasa Stadium, the opening batter maintained that the team was ‘not relaxed’ and would want to win all of their remaining games.
“We are not relaxed at all. We have a chance to go [to the] semis if we win the matches, like three matches,” Omaima stated.
“So maybe the scenario is open, so maybe we will win the three matches, so we have a chance in the semis.”
Omaima, who scored an unbeaten 19 off as many deliveries in the run chase against England, stressed the need for the batters to step up before the crucial game, while sharing that she was working on playing the new ball.
“I think the main challenge is to open — play the new ball. If you saw the matches, they are seaming and the pitch is [helping] seam. I’m trying to play the new ball and working on it,” she said.
