Pamela Anderson reacts to seeing Seth Rogen at Golden Globes
Pamela Anderson is opening up about an uncomfortable moment she experienced at the Golden Globes.
The actress revealed that seeing Seth Rogen at the event brought back lingering feelings tied to the controversial Pam & Tommy series made without her consent.
Speaking on SiriusXM’s Radio Andy, the Golden Globe nominee explained that although it appeared she left the awards show early, her exit was intentional and emotionally driven.
“At the Golden Globes, for instance, I didn’t leave early. I left after my award, and I went right to bed,” she said, clarifying that being in close proximity to Rogen made her uneasy.
The tension stems from Hulu’s 2022 limited series Pam & Tommy, which dramatised the theft and distribution of Anderson’s private 1995 tape with ex-husband Tommy Lee.
Rogen served as an executive producer on the project and also portrayed Rand Gauthier, the man who stole and sold the tape.
Anderson emphasised that she was never consulted about the show, a fact that continues to bother her years later.
“Seth Rogen, he did that [miniseries] on me without talking to me, Pam & Tommy,” she said. “How can someone make a TV series out of difficult times in your life? And I’m a living, breathing human being over here, hello.”
Anderson noted that Rogen was seated nearby during the ceremony.
“He was in the pit at the Golden Globes, so we were close,” she explained. “I just felt like, ‘I’m not chopped liver over here.’ I felt a little bit weird about it.”
While Anderson said she has been staying busy professionally, working on five films over the past year, she admitted that moments like this can still hit unexpectedly.
She shared that she hopes Rogen may one day acknowledge her feelings. “Eventually, hopefully he will reach out to me and apologise. Not that that matters.”
Reflecting more broadly, Anderson expressed frustration over how deeply personal experiences are often turned into entertainment.
She said the “darkest, deepest secrets or your tragedies in life shouldn’t be fair game for a TV series,” adding that the situation “pissed me off a little bit.”
Rogen, meanwhile, had a successful night at the Golden Globes, where his Apple TV+ series The Studio won Best Television Series — Musical or Comedy, along with Best Actor in the same category.
Despite the accolades, Anderson’s comments highlight that for her, the emotional impact of Pam & Tommy is far from over.

AI detects pancreatic cancer 3 years before diagnosis: Study reveals breakthrough results
An artificial intelligence (AI) software that could possibly revolutionise pancreatic cancer treatment by early diagnosis, even before the tumor becomes visible on a scan, is currently being evaluated in a clinical trial.
A Mayo Clinic AI tool detected abnormalities on scans up to three years before the patients were diagnosed.
According to a research paper published in the journal Gut, an AI model developed by a Minnesota-based clinic was trained with CT scans of patients who were earlier being examined for other diseases but were later diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.
The research team then asked radiologists and AI software to review the scans and found the AI system to be three times more effective at detecting early signs of the disease compared to radiologists.
A radiologist at Mayo Clinic and an author of the study said they knew pancreatic cancer does not come all of a sudden in three months, adding, “We knew that signal was there. We just needed to find a way to be able to detect it.”
Pancreatic cancer has a five-year survival rate of around 13% and is on its way to become the second leading cause of cancer deaths by 2030; however, if successful, the deployment of Mayo Clinic’s AI software could improve early detection and treatment outcomes.
Early detection for the disease has been rare so far, but the Stage I patients had a survival rate of up to 40%.

Harry Styles, Zoe Kravitz in major wedding planning mode after big step
Harry Styles and Zoe Kravitz have reportedly entered their wedding planning era after the singer popped the question recently.
The 31-year-old British musician and the Caught Stealing star, 37, are deep in consideration about the nuptials, which might span over two different ceremonies.
Following Kravtiz’s recent appearances with a rock on her ring finger, an insider revealed that the couple is currently in the process of having meetings to plan their big day.
“I know for a fact Zoë would want to do something in New York because of her dad, so if anything it’s going to be two weddings,” an insider told Page Six about Kravitz’s father Lenny Kravtiz.
They continued, “Dad still lives in downtown [Manhattan]. It could be at the Fouquet’s Hotel. If she does two [weddings] it would be one in London and one in New York. She would do downtown over Brooklyn, because he likes downtown and she would do that for him.”
They noted that the Watermelon Sugar High hitmaker has already impressed the rockstar, “I know Zoë put together the meeting with Harry and her father a while ago. They did a whole meet-and-greet. Obviously, Lenny loves Harry.”
Kravitz, they explained, highly values her father’s opinion and regardless of who she is dating, they need to get along with him.
While it hasn’t been long to the couple being together, insiders have previously shared how they were already “serious” back in December last year. Their recent engagement, and future wedding seems a natural course to follow.
