Prince Harry slowly turning public tide toward him in UK
Prince Harry has more fans in Britain than the headlines suggest.
A fresh YouGov poll of 8,022 adults conducted on 8 December shows that a solid 56% of Britons believe the Duke of Sussex should receive some level of police protection when he sets foot back in the UK.
A timely verdict as the Government launches yet another review of his security arrangements.
However, Britons aren’t exactly lining up to foot the bill for Harry’s security entourage.
According to the poll, a mere 17% think he should enjoy state-funded police protection.
A more pragmatic 39% say he can have the protection so long as he pays for it himself.
Meanwhile, 28% take a firmer stance, arguing he shouldn’t be entitled to police protection in any form.
And then there’s the final 16%, who politely shrugged and opted for “don’t know,” perhaps wisely dodging yet another royal debate.
The Home Office has now ordered a fresh threat assessment after the duke formally requested a reassessment of the risks he faces on visits to Britain.
Harry wrote to Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood in October, asking officials to take another look at the security threats he may encounter when travelling.

Michael B. Jordan shares update on ‘I Am Legend 2′
Michael B. Jordan is riding high with his first Golden Globe nomination, and he has even more exciting news for fans looking forward to his next big projects.
While celebrating the milestone, the actor offered a fresh update on the long-awaited sequel, I Am Legend 2, confirming that the movie is still very much alive, just not arriving as soon as some may hope.
Speaking at a recent Sinners juke joint event, Jordan shared that the project remains underway but has been pushed a little further down the line.
He is currently focused on post-production for his second directorial effort following the massive box office success of Creed III, which earned more than $276 million globally.
His next film behind the camera is The Thomas Crown Affair, a new take on the stylish art-heist classic.
Meanwhile, back in April, Will Smith revealed new details about Jordan’s role in I Am Legend 2, adding clarity for fans still curious about how the story continues.
Smith confirmed that the sequel follows the alternate ending of the 2007 original, the version in which his character, Dr. Robert Neville, survives.
He explained that they once considered a prequel before shifting plans entirely after a key creative idea from screenwriter Akiva Goldsman.
“What we were gonna do was the prequel, so we were gonna do the prequel. … And [Akiva Goldsman] was like, but wait, what if we make a new version from the alternate ending, where your character is still alive and you know, Michael B. Jordan’s character currently is the head of a new settlement… He’s not my son… So there’s a settlement in Connecticut,” he shared, as per ScreenRant.
Fans can also expect Jordan to bring major energy to The Thomas Crown Affair.
He has promised that this new version will capture the same charm, sensuality, and suspense that made the 1968 Steve McQueen film and the 1999 Pierce Brosnan and Rene Russo remake so popular.
But this fresh take promises even more edge. He says there will be “greater stakes, twists and turns.”
With a Golden Globe first, a major sequel in motion, and a stylish heist adventure on the way, Michael B. Jordan clearly isn’t slowing down, and audiences have a lot to look forward to.

Cardi B gets new piercings: ‘Loving the vibe’
Cardi B is expanding her piercing collection once again, and she’s letting fans watch every moment.
In a new Instagram video posted on Dec. 4, New York-based piercer Robbie of NYC Piercing shared a behind-the-scenes look as the Grammy winner got four new dermal piercings on her neck and lower back.
Cardi leaned forward in the chair, neck exposed, and checked in before the needle went in, “This one ain’t as bad as the back is it?”
Moments later, she let out a quick yelp. When it came time for the lower back piercings, she simply said, “Ow.”
Robbie captioned the BTS clip, “Fresh back dermal implants, and surface neck, nape piercing for @iamcardib, loving the vibe!”
The rapper, who shares kids Kulture, 7, Wave, 4, and Blossom, 14 months, with ex Offset, is no stranger to bold body mods.
The new jewellery comes just weeks after she welcomed her fourth baby and first child with boyfriend Stefon Diggs.
Earlier this year, Cardi showed off a piercing in a place most wouldn’t expect, her bottom.
When some fans questioned if it was real, she posted a close-up photo and wrote, “Do I lie ?”
But not every piercing sticks around. She later revealed that pricey piece, worth $13,000, didn’t last long.
Pain and cost aside, Cardi B seems happy to keep expressing herself through body art, and this latest round proves she’s still “loving the vibe.”
