Orlando Bloom describes Jeff Bezos, Lauren Sanchez’s wedding with one word

Orlando Bloom remembers Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez’s wedding as a “wild” affair.
In a new interview with The Times published Friday, the Carnival Row star, 48, described the Venice celebration as a “wild” multi-day affair packed with high-profile guests and nonstop partying.
A source also confirmed that Bloom “didn’t leave the dance floor for hours” during the celebration.
“[Bloom] was in full party mood,” an insider revealed. Bloom attended the wedding solo, just two days after Us Weekly reported on June 25 that he and longtime fiancée Katy Perry had ended their engagement after nearly a decade together.
Despite the timing, Bloom partied with Leonardo DiCaprio, Kris Jenner and the Kardashians, Tom Brady, Sydney Sweeney and Eva Longoria, among many other high-profile public figures.
In the interview, Bloom also spoke about his longstanding connection to Bezos, whose company Amazon produced two of his projects: Carnival Row and Deep Cover.
“When you’re in a position like that, people want to have multiple opinions and actually I just take people on face value,” he said of Bezos.
“The person that I know [Bezos] is remarkably gracious and cool and wise and fun to be around.”
Bloom and Perry, who got engaged on Valentine’s Day in 2019, also welcomed a daughter, Daisy Dove, in August 2020. It is pertinent to mention that neither has publicly confirmed the split.

After contract stunt, Howard Stern says he’s still in talks with SiriusXM over new deal

Howard Stern, the shock jock and self-anointed “king of all-media,” isn’t about to disappear from the airwaves.
The radio personality behind SiriusXM’s long-running “Howard Stern Show” said Monday he remains in talks with the entertainment company over a new contract after a prank left some listeners wondering whether he was leaving the platform.
“SiriusXM and my team have been talking about how we go forward in the future, they’ve approached me. They’ve sat down with me like they normally do and they’re fantastic,” Stern, 71, said during his show. “We’ve been talking.”
A SiriusXM spokesperson wouldn’t address the company’s talks with Stern.
The comments came after a stunt Stern pulled on his show in collaboration with Andy Cohen, a fellow SiriusXM host and TV personality. Instead of the normal kickoff from Stern on Monday morning, listeners were greeted by Cohen telling them he was taking over the slot and rebranding it as “Andy 100.”
“This is, I know, not the voice you expected to hear,” said Cohen. The host of “Andy Cohen Live” went on to say that this was not how things were meant to go.
“This was supposed to be a cleaner hand off,” Cohen said. “I’m kind of winging it.”
Fifteen minutes later, Stern returned to the airwaves and thanked Cohen for his help pulling off the hoax. “Lest anyone think that was real, that was all masterminded by me,” Stern said.
Addressing rumors about the show getting canceled, Stern added: “Everything you’ve been reading in the paper about me or about Robin is completely false.”
Stern’s contract with SiriusXM expires at the end of this year. The radio host has extended his contract with SiriusXM twice before, in 2010 and again in 2020 with a five-year, $500 million deal, according to Forbes.

King Charles miles away as Prince Harry visits UK

While Prince Harry has landed in the U.K. for a busy week of appearances, King Charles’ whereabouts have been revealed ahead of an expected reunion.
According to People, King Charles and Queen Camilla are at Balmoral Castle in Scotland to mark the third anniversary of Queen Elizabeth’s death.
The castle was the where the late Queen lived out her last days and passed away. It is also the favored summer vacation spot of the Royal Family.
The same day is also King Charles’ Accession Day, as he officially became King at the moment of his mother’s death. His coronation took place months later on May 6, 2023.
This came after the King and Queen, accompanied by U.K. Prime Minister Keir Starmer, attended church services to mark Accession Day and to say prayers for Katharine, Duchess of Kent, who passed away on September 4.
Meanwhile, it is widely reported that Prince Harry and King Charles will have a face-to-face meeting during the Duke of Sussex’s U.K. visit.
The reports began circulating after their aides where photographed hanging out together.
Harry paid tribute to Queen Elizabeth by visiting her grave at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor on Monday. He is also set to attend the WellChild Awards in London and visit Nottingham to announce a major donation to Children in Need.
This marks Harry’s return to the U.K. after his last visit over his security case in April. It is widely believed that he hasn’t met his dad since February 2024, when he flew to the country after his dad announced his cancer diagnosis. The meeting was reportedly brief and lasted less than 30 minutes.
