World’s top companies for women revealed in new global ranking

A new global ranking has unveiled the world’s top companies for women, released alongside data indicating a looming crisis in female workforce retention.

The list revealed by Forbes highlights employers excelling in supporting women, as major data shows nearly 40% of women plan to leave their current jobs within two years.

A comprehensive analysis based on the survey of around 120,000 women across 36 countries, investigated companies on the basis of critical factors including pay equity, opportunities for advancement, work-life balance, and response to discrimination concerns.

Another prominent factor that was considered during the analysis was percentage of women in leadership positions and public perception of each company’s commitment to gender equality.

The top 20 companies leading the 2025 global ranking are:

  1. Microsoft (IT Software & Services), United States
  2. Roche Holding (Drugs & Biotechnology), Switzerland
  3. National Bank of Canada (Banking and Financial Services), Canada
  4. Hewlett Packard Enterprise (IT Software & Service), United States
  5. IKEA (Retail and Wholesale), Netherlands
  6. L’Oréal (Packaged Goods), France
  7. Deloitte (Professional Services), United Kingdom/ United States
  8. Nike (Clothing, Shoes, Sport Equipment), United States
  9. Netflix (Media and Advertising), United States
  10. Apple (Semiconductors, Electronics, Electrical Engineering), United States
  11. MAIF (Insurance), France
  12. Unilever (Packaged Goods), United Kingdom
  13. CIBC (Banking and Financial Services), Canada
  14. Fidelity Investments (Banking and Financial Services), United States
  15. Clorox (Retail and Wholesale), United States
  16. Coca-Cola (Food, Soft Beverages, Alcohol & Tobacco), United States
  17. H&M – Hennes & Mauritz (Clothing, Shoes, Sports Equipment), Sweden
  18. Mondi (Engineering, Manufacturing), United Kingdom
  19. Adidas (Clothing, Shoes, Sports Equipment), Germany
  20. The Estée Lauder Companies (Construction, Chemicals, Raw Materials), United States

The ranking follows the Deloitte Global 2025 Women @ Work survey where data from 7,500 women across 15 countries reveals alarming trends driving female talent away from workplaces.

The results indicate that only 5% of respondents plan to stay with their current employer long-term with lack of work-life balance (30%), inadequate pay (28%), and insufficient flexibility (27%) as major reasons to leave their jobs.

Another disturbing trend was major safety concerns with almost one-third of women worried about personal safety at work and 20% reporting harassment from colleagues

Princess Eugenie, Beatrice issued stark warning: ‘Need to be careful’

Princess Eugenie and Beatrice have been issued a strong warning amid their parents Sarah Ferguson and Andrew’s ongoing crisis.

The warning has come from royal expert Helena Chard while speaking to the Fox News Digital.

The royal expert told the publication Eugenie and Beatrice must prioritize duty above all, now more than ever.

She said, “Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie will need to be careful and keep their distance from their parents to a degree to protect their credibility.”

However, the royal expert said, “And Andrew and Sarah adore their children. They want the best for them.”

Moreover, Helena added, “It’s been said Sarah is very angry with Andrew.”

“This is understandable as everyone’s stress levels will be at an all-time high. But Andrew is relieved and will play ball. It means he loses his status, but at least he will have some relief knowing his girls will be OK.”

The royal expert went on saying the scandal surrounding their father Andrew could have impacted their reputation and “future within the royal family,” adding “King Charles and Prince William have both shown support for the princesses, ensuring they can continue their charitable work without being overshadowed by their father’s actions. They will continue to play an important, helpful role in public life.”

Eugenie and Beatrice royal name and titles help their work, Chard said and added they are ‘proud’ of their service, supporting their charities and carrying out good work, helping the royal family.

Chase Stokes breaks silence on Kelsea Ballerini break up: ‘I tried’

Chase Stokes left ‘heartbroken’ over Kelsea Ballerini break up

Chase Stokes feels “heartbroken” over his latest split from Kelsea Ballerini.

The 33-year-old actor and Kelsea recently separated for a second time, shortly after rekindling their romance, and it is reported that Chase is utterly upset over how things turned out.

Speaking to Us Weekly, a source said: “Chase is heartbroken. It’s been nonstop ups and downs.”

The celebrity duo started dating back in January 2023, before splitting for the first time earlier this year.

Recently, it was reported that they had reconciled their differences and were giving their romance a second try, before Chase hinted at a second break-up earlier this month.

Chase recently alluded to the turbulence in his love life in a series of cryptic posts on social media.

The actor – who previously dated his Outer Banks co-star Madelyn Cline, wrote on Instagram: “I’m blocked, I did nothing wrong. Sorry. I tried”

In a subsequent post, Chase said: “I’m sorry for those who believed in us. It is what it is. Onwards and upwards.”

In September, a source claimed that Chase and Kelsea split after “arguing a lot.”

The insider told Us Weekly: “It was a hard split.”

“They had been arguing a lot recently, and their communication wasn’t great in the last month. They were both travelling so much and trying to juggle everything, and the arguments piled up,” they concluded at that time.

D4vd not cooperating in investigation into teen’s death

D4vd remains suspect in Celeste Rivas Hernandez case

D4vd is reportedly “not cooperating” with investigators in the ongoing probe into the death of 15-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez.

The girl’s body was found in the singer’s car in September 2025, one day after her birthday.

A police source tells PEOPLE that the 20-year-old musician, born David Anthony Burke, has not been interviewed, and authorities are still working to determine which crimes he or potential accomplices may have committed.

The Los Angeles medical examiner’s final cause-of-death and toxicology reports are also still pending.

“We are working to determine if her death was a murder or something else,” the source said. Police have also not pinpointed the exact time of Rivas’ death, though spring 2025 is considered the closest estimate.

Rivas’ body was discovered in the trunk of d4vd’s impounded Tesla in the Hollywood Hills, inside a plastic bag, and showing signs of decomposition. The Riverside County Sheriff’s Office noted that Rivas had been reported missing multiple times in 2024, though her last known whereabouts remain unclear.
