Beanie Feldstein feels “so lucky” to become a parent soon and reveals sex of her baby
TV, film and Broadway star Beanie Feldstein revealed on “CBS Mornings” that she and her wife Bonnie-Chance Roberts are expecting a baby girl.
“It’s a girl baby,” she announced on Tuesday when “CBS Mornings” co-host Gayle King asked about photos showing the couple dressed in pink. Feldstein said her baby will be the first granddaughter of the family. Her brother, actor Jonah Hill, is a father to two boys.
The 32-year-old, who became an aunt when she was 13, said she feels “so lucky” to become a parent soon and thinks “you learn so much from watching everyone in your family parent.”
Feldstein said she used to nanny and work with kids, but as a soon-to-be mom she’s most looking forward to “the way that … a child reaches for their parent in a different way than their caretaker of another sort.”
“I’m so honored to be one of the two people she reaches for.”
The expectant mother is also releasing her first children’s book, “Teeny and Tillie,” which focuses on the power of friendship.
“At the beginning we are so in charge of where they go and what they do and how their day is structured, and then all of a sudden their first real choices in life is like who am I going to spend my time with, who am I going to talk to on the playground, who am I going down the slide with,” Feldstein said.
“Friendship is so powerful. Even just talking to one person can lead to a lifelong friendship and that’s the story I wanted to tell.”

Bangladesh players sledge Rizwan during tense Sylhet Test chase
Bangladesh players were seen engaging in on-field sledging against Pakistan wicketkeeper-batter Mohammad Rizwan, who brought up a half-century during the visitors’ final innings on Day 4 of the Sylhet Test on Tuesday.
Rizwan, while batting alongside Salman Ali Agha, appeared to struggle with repeated interruptions, including movement around the sight screen, which forced him to pause on several occasions and briefly disrupted his rhythm.
The situation escalated into a heated exchange involving Bangladesh wicketkeeper Litton Das, momentarily disrupting play and delaying the completion of Day 4’s action.
Following the incident, several Bangladeshi players were heard taunting Rizwan from the field, with remarks picked up on stump mics.
Among the comments directed at him were: “We will deduct 50 rupees for this overacting,” and “You are acting well; you want to teach everyone.” Another remark suggested: “His place in the team is confirmed, that’s why he is overacting.”
Following the incident, several Bangladeshi players were heard taunting Rizwan from the field.
Among the remarks directed at him were phrases such as: “We will deduct 50 rupees for this overacting,” and “You are acting well; you want to teach everyone.” Another player commented, “His place in the team is confirmed; that’s why he is overacting.”
The exchange added further intensity to an already tense contest in Sylhet, as emotions ran high during a closely fought Test match between the two sides.
Rizwan’s unbeaten 75 kept Pakistan’s hopes alive as the visitors finished Day 4 on 316-7, requiring another 121 runs to beat the home side.
Bangladesh tightened their grip on the second Test after Taijul Islam’s four-wicket haul triggered a dramatic Pakistan collapse.
Rizwan continued to anchor the innings, bringing up his 14th Test half-century, while Salman Ali Agha also reached his 12th first-class fifty in red-ball cricket as Pakistan moved past the 250-run mark.
However, the 134-run partnership was eventually broken when Taijul struck again, removing Salman for a well-compiled 71 off 102 balls, an innings featuring six fours and a six.
Pakistan then slipped further into trouble, losing their seventh wicket when Hasan Ali was dismissed for a duck, with Taijul claiming his fourth wicket of the innings. Visitors left reeling at 304-7 in 83.2 overs.
At stumps, Pakistan were 316-7 in 86 overs, with Rizwan unbeaten on 75 and Sajid Khan on eight, still requiring 121 runs for victory.

Meghan Markle sparks controversy with her latest speech
Meghan Markle, who’s busy in celebrating her 8 years of marriage with Prince Harry, has come under fire for allegedly ruining her own rules.
The Duchess of Sussex has been accused of taking help from AI during her lates public appearance while issuing warning about the dangers of artificial intelligence.
She allegedly appeared to have been written her own speech using AI tools.
The 44-year-old made a solo trip to Geneva, Switzerland, on Sunday to unveil the Lost Screen Memorial alongside World Health Organisation director-general Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus.
However, critics claimed Prince Archioe and Princess Lilibet’s mother’s speech resembled machine-generated writing.
During the event, hosted ahead of the 79th World Health Assembly, she delivered an emotional address about the dangers posed by social media algorithms and advancing AI technology.
But shortly afterward, she received backlash for allegedly using AI detection software and large language model analysis tools to prepare her speech.
Some critics are convinced it carried the hallmarks of AI-assisted drafting, whether that came directly from Meghan herself or from advisers helping craft the speech.
What many people find “deeply ironic” is that the entire appearance centered on warning about the dangers of rapidly evolving technology and artificial intelligence potentially harming society, while critics are now accusing the speech itself of sounding algorithmically generated.
“Fairly or unfairly, that contradiction has become a major talking point online,” a source claimed to Radar.
