Blake Lively pushes new demand after settlement with Justin Baldoni
Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni may have officially settled their main case but the drama between them is still not fully over.
Just days after the settlement which was about It Ends With Us, Lively now asked the court to make Baldoni pay her legal costs and additional damages connected to his earlier defamation case against her.
That earlier case claimed huge amounts of money but was already dismissed by a judge.
The 38-year-old actress’ legal team is also pushing for extra penalties, saying that the lawsuit caused real damage and should not have been filed in the first place.
They, however, argue that people should not face fake or revenge style lawsuits when they raise serious complaints.
Even though both sides recently agreed to settle, there was no apology from either party and no money exchanged in the final deal, which surprised many following the case.
Baldoni’s side says this new request will not change much and that the judge will make the final call anyway.
So even after the settlement, the issue is not fully finished yet. Instead, it has moved into another round of legal arguments, keeping the situation alive in the public eye.

Spencer Pratt compares his fledgling political career to Obama’s national rise: “He had no experience running the whole entire country”
In an exclusive interview, reality television star turned Los Angeles mayoral candidate Spencer Pratt compared his lack of political experience to where former President Barack Obama was when he first came on the national scene.
“I mean, look at Obama,” the Republican told CBS News correspondent Adam Yamaguchi when asked if he has what it takes to lead the second-largest city in the nation. “He was a community organizer. I’ve won two community advocate awards…Nobody thought, ‘Why can Obama become a senator and then the president?’ He had no experience running the whole entire country, which is way bigger than L.A.”
Pratt, a Southern California native known for playing a sort of villain role on the popular mid-2000s reality show “The Hills,” has said he was compelled to launch his unlikely mayoral run after his home was destroyed in last year’s devastating L.A. wildfires. Incumbent L.A. Mayor Karen Bass, who faced off against Pratt in a debate Wednesday, has taken significant criticism for her response to the fires.
The mayor’s race will take place on June 2. If no candidate receives a majority of the vote, then the two leading candidates will advance to a Nov. 3 runoff.
Pratt, despite running in a city that has not had a Republican mayor since 2001, is confident in his chances next month.
“All my supporters in Los Angeles are Democrats. Everyone I know, my family, are all Democrats,” Pratt claims.
“I’m confident I’m probably going to win with 51% on June 2 because I don’t do a political message,” he added. “I don’t do national politics. I don’t do tribal politics. I don’t talk about other states. I’m localized. I just want to fix our streets, get the lights on. I want people to feel safe.”
Watch Adam Yamaguchi’s interview with Spencer Pratt on “CBS Mornings” on CBS and Paramount+ on Friday, May 8.

Kris Jenner clears the air about Ozempic use
Kris Jenner has finally addressed the long-running rumours surrounding her weight loss, admitting that she did try Ozempic well before it became the massive Hollywood trend it is today.
Speaking on Tuesday’s SHE MD podcast, the 70-year-old reality star cleared the air by revealing that she and an unnamed companion tried the injections “once when no one knew what it was.”
The confession follows years of fan speculation that began back in 2023, when Jenner posted photos from a holiday in Tuscany looking significantly slimmer, leading many to assume she had joined the growing list of celebrities using GLP-1 medications.
However, the “momager” explained that her experience with the drug was far from pleasant, noting that Ozempic made her feel “really sick” and “nauseous.”
Because of those side effects, she decided to look for other ways to manage her health and has since moved on to peptide injections and various supplements.
Jenner claims these new options actually suit her better, giving her more energy and what she describes as an extra couple of hours in her day.
She also highlighted the importance of hormone health, revealing she gets her blood drawn every three months to keep things balanced, a habit she’s kept up since she turned 45.
This candid health update comes just a week after Jenner put another set of rumours to bed regarding her recent facelift.
There had been whispers that she was “mad as hell” because the results of her 2025 procedure were supposedly “slipping,” but she slammed those claims as a “flat-out lie” during an appearance on her daughter Khloe’s podcast.
Jenner was full of praise for her surgeon, Dr Steven Levine, saying she is “obsessed” with his work and thrilled with her refreshed jawline.
She felt she had to speak up mainly because the gossip was unfairly hurting the doctor’s reputation.
At 70, Jenner seems more comfortable in her skin than ever, telling listeners that she no longer cares about public approval or what strangers think of her appearance.
While she joked on an episode of The Kardashians that her nose is probably the only “real” thing left on her face, she remains a firm believer in her own version of aging gracefully.
For her, that includes being open about her cosmetic history, from breast augmentations in the 80s to a hip replacement in 2022, to show others they shouldn’t be afraid to do whatever makes them feel better about themselves.

Stanley Tucci reveals why he really reprised role in ‘Devil Wears Prada 2′
Stanley Tucci has revealed that he decided to return for The Devil Wears Prada 2 because the sequel tackles the harsh reality of how AI and smartphones are threatening the survival of traditional journalism.
Reprising his role as Nigel, the sharp-tongued art director at Runway magazine, Tucci explained that he was drawn to a script that moved beyond “pretty costumes” to explore a substantial story about the vanishing need for in-depth content.
The actor noted that Nigel’s career has seen very little movement in the twenty years since the first film, as he remains fiercely devoted to maintaining quality in a rapidly changing digital landscape.
The sequel, which arrived in cinemas on 1st May, finds Nigel still working alongside Meryl Streep’s formidable Miranda Priestly.
Despite the stinging betrayal he suffered at her hands in the original 2003 movie, Tucci says the pair have managed to maintain what he describes as a “perfect symbiotic relationship.”
For the actor, the appeal of playing Nigel again lay in the character’s unwavering belief that the quality of one’s work is paramount, regardless of the modern obstacles stacked against magazines and newspapers.
Tucci shared with The Hollywood Reporter that it was important to him that the project felt purposeful, echoing Meryl Streep’s own sentiments about only returning for a meaningful story.
He appreciated that the film addresses the modern struggle of the industry rather than just being a frivolous fashion show.
Beyond the serious themes, Tucci admitted that he was eager to revisit Nigel’s subtle way of navigating the world, noting that the character plays things close to his chest and possesses a unique “peripheral vision” that makes him exceptional at his job.
Of course, the chance to deliver Nigel’s signature wit was also a major draw.
Tucci confessed that getting back into the character’s fashionable shoes and delivering those “snarky and kind of mean funny lines” was simply a lot of fun.
As Nigel navigates his relationships with Miranda and Anne Hathaway’s Andy Sachs two decades later, the film serves as a timely warning about the state of modern media while keeping the charm that made the original a classic.
