Jennifer Aniston recalls the moment she shot down ‘SNL’ stint

Jennifer Aniston has just dropped bombshells about the alternate life route she could have take had she not shot down an SNL cast member job.
The whole conversation happened during Aniston’s appearance on the Armchair Expert podcast by Dax Shepard.
Their chat ended up candid pretty fast when the actress took her trip down memory lane to her SNL cast member offer.
“I always thought I was such hot s***. The story of that is all very confusing,” she began by telling the host.
According to a report by People magazine she also admitted, “Honestly, today I’d have to ask Lorne, because I remember, I was in New York City, and I had a meeting with Lorne Michaels, and I ran into [Adam] Sandler and [David] Spade in the room right outside. And I knew Sandler forever.”
For those unversed, Aniston had been pals with Sandler even before Friends because “he was very good friends with Charlie Schlatter, who played Ferris Bueller in the television version of Ferris Bueller’s Day Off. So we met at Jerry’s Deli in like 1912,” the outlet reports.
In terms of her reason for actual turning down the role she chalked it up to the male presence because it was a ‘male-dominated environment’ according to the star.
“I don’t know why I had this self-righteous attitude of ‘I don’t know if women are treated the way they should be treated on this show.’ It’s a very male-dominated [show,] I would love to be here if it was in the Gilda Radner day,” she also said.
“I mean, this is the brain that semi-remembers things that are back that far. Something like that. I can’t remember, but I just remember Friends then happened,” she concluded by saying too.

Naomi Watts shows gratitude to her children during Walk of Fame ceremony

Naomi Watts is a proud mother of her three kids.
On Monday, October 13, the 57-year-old British actress was inducted into the Hollywood Walk of Fame, where she addressed the attendees and talked about what it feels like to have such support systems.
Watts, who welcomed son Sasha in 2007, and daughter Kai in 2008, with her then-boyfriend Liev Schreiber, was beaming during her speech as she said, “I’m so proud of my kids. My son Sasha [Schreiber], a freshman at USC [University of Southern California], is here straight from class.”
“He rolled in, and he’s blossoming into the kindest, most charismatic young man,” the mother of two added, referring to her 18-year-old son.
The King Kong star went on to show gratitude to her 16-year-old daughter Kia, “a high school senior who’s both fierce and fearless,” and her 20-year-old stepson William Atticus Parker, “a young artist following in his father’s footsteps,” who is ready to graduate from college.
Watts showed appreciation for her husband, Billy Crudup, as he has given her “phenomenal love and support.”
It is pertinent to mention that The Ring actress and Crudup, who tied the knot in 2023, are living in a blended family, as both partners have children from their previous relationships.

Prince Harry married Meghan while searching for love he lost with Diana

Prince Harry may not have married Meghan Markle had his mother, Princess Diana, been alive to guide him, a former royal butler has claimed.
In a candid reflection, Paul Burrell, former butler to Princess Diana, claimed that the Duke of Sussex was “lost” and searching for love for years, and when Meghan offered him partnership and purpose.
As per Radar Online, Burrell claimed that Harry heard not just Meghan voice, but echoes of Diana’s.
He further noted that Diana’s influence would have helped Harry navigate his relationships more wisely, claiming that she would have stopped him from marrying Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex.
“If Diana had been alive, I doubt whether Harry would have married Meghan. For the next years, going through his life, he was lost, he didn’t know where love was,” he said.
Burrell added, “When he heard a 36-year-old mature American woman whisper something into his ear along the lines of, ‘You and I could be a great team’ or, ‘We could change the world’ – he didn’t hear Meghan’s voice, he heard his mother’s voice. ‘Because Harry was always searching for love and he found it with Meghan.’”
“Diana would have given him the kind of grounding that only a mother can,” a royal insider told us,” he continued. “She adored both her boys, but she also had a sense of perspective.”
“She would have seen the red flags early on – not necessarily with Meghan herself, but with the media storm and isolation that came with her.”
