Harry Styles achieves Marathon milestone in Berlin

Harry Styles has achieved a major milestone, but it’s not about his pop star status.
The former One Direction member proved that he’s also a serious athlete.
Styles completed the Berlin Marathon on September 21 with an impressive personal-best time of 2:59:13, crossing the finish line in under three-hour.
As per People Magazine, the singer kept a steady pace throughout the 26.2-mile race, clocking 1:29:08 for the first half and 1:30:06 for the second.
Dressed in a blue top, black shorts and a pair of bright pink sneakers, Styles was spotted running alongside more than 80,000 participants.
Paralympic gold medalist Richard Whitehead shared a snap with Harry Styles after the race.
Sharing the photo on Instagram, Richard wrote, “2.58 in Berlin with my mate!!”
He cheekily added, “Anyone know him!!”
It is pertinent to mention that this was the singer’s second World Marathon Major of the year, following his impressive sub–3:30 finish in Tokyo earlier in March.

James Corden reveals surprising workout routine

James Corden has opened up about his new workout routine.
In an interview with People Magazine, the former Late Late Show host admitted that he’s officially working out with Neil Patrick Harris’ trainer.
He said, “I’ve started working out with Neil Patrick Harris’ trainer. So get ready! Get ready — you won’t see anything like it.”
Corden made this comment at the opening night of Yasmina Reza’s play Art on Broadway in which the actor stars alongside Harris and Bobby Cannavale. The limited-run production continues at New York City’s Music Box Theatre through Dec. 21.
He joked about his new workout routine, saying, “it’s lunging, it’s plunging. It’s every kind of — yeah, I am actually rather enjoying it.”
“My aim is to— I don’t think I’ll ever be as fit as him — but I’m gonna try,” Corden admitted.
It is worth mentioning that this comes after James Corden discussed his health journey and experimenting with Ozempic in the past.
Speaking about his Broadway play experience, Corden said, “We’ve been having fun since minute one. It’s the best time I’ve ever had, really.”
“I arrived in New York two months ago … a month before we started rehearsals. And I’m gonna leave with like two friends who’ll be friends forever, for sure,” he said.

Prince Harry releases strong statement after King Charles decision

Prince Harry has issued a strong statement, reacting to King Charles’ decision regarding his royal future.
The Duke of Sussex’s spokesperson has made it clear that his current focus remains solely on his father.
“The Duke has made it clear that the focus, as it relates to his family, is his father — beyond that, and on any other issues as it relating to the Royal family, we won’t be commenting,” the source told Page Six.
The statement comes amid renewed speculation about his potential return to royal duties following his brief reunion with Charles at Clarence House in London.
It comes after Charles made a final decision not to allow Harry any part-time role within the monarchy.
Despite Harry’s recent visit to the UK and brief meeting with the King, Palace sources have indicated that the idea of him splitting time between royal work in Britain and family life in the US is not being considered.
The King is said to be standing firm on the late Queen Elizabeth II’s position that working members of the Royal family cannot operate in a “half-in, half-out” capacity.
A royal source also dismissed suggestions that Harry’s visit would open the doors of palace to him and he would be forgiven.
During his visit to UK, Harry spoke with Joss Stone, who later told Hello! Magazine that the Duke praised the “wonderful schools” in UK.
“He was saying how wonderful the schools are here and how important community is for children,” he said of Harry.
“It was nice to share that with him because it’s exactly why we felt drawn to come back.”

Julianne Hough opens up about loss that changed ‘everything’

Julianne Hough tugged at some heartstrings looking back at the ‘darkest time’ in her life after divorce and losing her pet dogs.
The Footloose star opened up about the highs in her life that later led her to lower phase, sharing how it shifted her mindset towards life, friendship and work
Recalling her first job after “hustling in” Los Angeles, she told influencer Dhar Mann, who shares real life stories of people, she worked as a dancer on season 4 of Dancing with the Stars in 2007.
“I ended up doing the show and won my first two seasons back-to-back,” Hough began.“It was like a ripple effect. The stars were aligned.”
She went on to say, “I ended up getting a country music record deal and had a No. 1 album and best new female vocalist, best new artist.
“And then I started doing movies with Tom Cruise and had this amazing, like, momentum,” Hough noted.
But after “everything was going, going, going,” suddenly “everything fell apart,” in Hough’s life.
First her “dogs were killed by coyotes,” in 2019 and then her marriage with former professional hockey player Brooks Laichwith “started unraveling.”
For the unversed she and tied the knot in 2017, they parted ways in May 2020 and finalized their divorce 2022.
And then Hough shared, “My career, my friend group, everything that I had known really started taking a different shape. That was very much, like, probably the darkest time.”
The 37-year-old dancer and actress that started to gain control of life, learned the art of moving on but it was not easy on her.
“It was a process and it was timing,” she explained. “You can’t rush healing. You can’t rush the time frame that you need to go through to learn a lesson.”
“But I will say that I poured my energy into self-care. I poured my energy into things that brought me joy, which are friendships, and really invested into others. I think that the minute you feel isolated or lonely, the minute you can think about serving someone else, it brings you so much joy and momentum, and it literally changes the frequency and vibration in your whole body. But it’s a journey and it’s a process and it doesn’t happen overnight,” she added.
