Sydney Sweeney advised not to date Scooter Braun for THIS reason

Sydney Sweeney has reportedly fallen head over heels for music mogul Scooter Braun.
According to The National Enquirer, while getting serious with Braun, who famously managed stars like Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber, was not part of the Euphoria actress’ original plan, she has quickly become smitten.
“Sydney has the world at her feet, she genuinely doesn’t need Scooter’s help to get anything done, but she’s started running all her business decisions by him,” a source revealed.
However, not everyone in her circle is thrilled about the budding romance.
The Emmy-nominated actress was previously engaged to Jonathan Davino, whom she began dating in 2018 before they quietly split earlier this year.
According to insiders, Sweeney’s close friends are “baffled” by the new relationship, especially since she had initially vowed to remain single for at least a year.
“She told them she wanted to stay single to get to know herself after so many years in a relationship,” the tipster added in conclusion.

Kanye West makes major property move

Kanye West just sold his 14-million-dollar Wyoming ranch back to its original owners.
Bighorn Mountain Ranch, a 6,700-acre property, has returned to the family who first sold it to the rapper back in 2019, however during this long time, the property has fallen into disrepair.
West purchased the ranch months after he bought the nearby Monster Lake Ranch, where he unveiled ambitious plans to build futuristic domes that he believed could help alleviate homelessness.
Monster Lake’s condition also worsened as the property was neglected amid the fallout of his split from Kim Kardashian and the aftershock of his anti-Semitic remarks in 2022. Currently it is listed for sale for 12 million dollars.
Bighorn Mountain Ranch owners Greg and Pam Flitner have now officially reclaimed their family land from West, according to Cowboy State Daily.
The family told the outlet that their former home had fallen into significant decay.
“I think his original intent for the Mountain Ranch might have been somewhere that his family could go and be away from the rest of the world,” Pam shared.
Greg chimed in, “A lot of people have said that he was a really, really good guy and that he was really on task a lot of the time.”
“So, none of us can fault him at all for buying it and trying to get something accomplished for himself,” he concluded.

Aaron Phypers, Denise Richards abuse case takes dramatic turn

Aaron Phypers was just released on bail following his arrest for spousal abuse.
The 53-old-year was arrested on spousal abuse charges in a Los Angeles courtroom on Friday amid his controversial divorce from Denise Richards.
Witnesses told Fox News that Phypers was heard shouting and arguing with sheriffs while on an escalator as they returned to the court to retrieve his mobile phone and belongings.
Hours later, he bailed himself out of the Lost Hills Sheriff’s Station after covering the hefty 200,000-dollar bond.
Meanwhile, TMZ reported that Richards’ estranged husband was seen with an ear-to-ear grin on his face after his release while he posed alongside a California bondswoman.
Richards was previously granted a temporary restraining order against Phypers in July, after she claimed that he once gave her a black eye during an argument.
At that time, Phypers denied Richards’ abuse allegations, and it has been alleged that the American actress gave herself the injury while drinking.
Earlier this month, Richards, who was formerly married to TV star Charlie Sheen, testified that Phypers became violent with her on multiple occasions.
As per PEOPLE magazine, in a horrifying testimony, Denise Richards told the Los Angeles Superior Court that Aaron Phypers had given her “at least three concussions” during their relationship.

Prince William wants Prince Andrew banned from his coronation

Prince William wants his disgraced uncle Prince Andrew completely out of the Royal life.
The future King and first in line to the throne wants the former Duke of York banned from any Royal duty when he assumes power.
It is alleged in The Times that William is not satisfied as his uncle drops his all military titles and wants to get rid of the ‘Andrew problem.’
The source adds that Andrew will be banned “from all elements of royal life” when William is monarch.
This comes as Jennie Bond tells Mirror:”I think William has been pushing for tougher action against his uncle for a long time. It must be so dispiriting to be working hard to make the monarchy relatable, modern and a force for good in the world — only for its reputation to be so relentlessly trashed by lurid headlines about Andrew.
